I think of community members as a derogatory term in crypto.
Being a community member is being a simp for a project and token and aping your entire net worth into that one project.
Obviously it’s good if that project happens to be legit and end up being worth billions of dollars from nothing but most projects don’t achieve that.
Even if the project did infact achieve success, community members are the people who will never sell.
They will see an investment go from obscurity to Justin Bieber supporting it but will still not take profit and then end up homeless in a year or two when it drops during the bear market.
Back to the tweet, the answer is probably some NFT/Decentralised Social Media project. Which one? I have no idea.
