Based on the amount of money he gives away and production costs, it probably costs around US$4 million to sponsor a Mr Beast video and he already has sponsors for months ahead.

MrBeast is insanely likeable, he gives away millions of dollars each video to people in need, lives humbly, doesn’t brag about his money, has food banks and non profits etc etc.

So far only companies have sponsored MrBeast videos about charity and stunts he does but by sponsoring as an Individual you could probably improve your reputation and likeability after a controversy/bad press.
