What are Habits? According to Google, a habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. There have been many books written extensively about this topic. Personally I have read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and Atomic Habits by James Clear. Both books have resonated with me from the methods of making Habits more pleasant from James Clear to the Cue, Routine and Reward from Charles Duhigg.
